3. What we do not do
- No advertising tracking, no advertising identifier (IDFA)
- No third-party analytics or advertising SDK
- No collection of geolocation data
- No sale or sharing of data for commercial purposes
4. Data transmission
Credentials are transmitted solely to your own
<database>.keep.immo instance, over an encrypted HTTPS (TLS) connection.
No data is transmitted to any third party.
If your organisation hosts KeepImmo on its own local network, the app connects directly to that server and the data never leaves your network.
5. Camera, microphone and photo library
The app accesses the camera, the microphone or the photo library only when you choose to attach a file. The microphone is used solely to record the sound of a video. The file is then sent to your own KeepImmo instance and attached to the relevant record. For an instance we host, it is stored on our infrastructure; if your organisation hosts KeepImmo on its own network, it never leaves that network. These sensors are not accessed outside of this action.
6. Retention
Local data (credentials, preferences) remains on the device until you sign out or uninstall the app.
Server-side data is governed by your organisation's retention policy, as defined in your KeepImmo contract.
7. Deletion and withdrawal of consent
The app's Sign out function immediately erases the database name, the username and the password stored in the iOS Keychain from the device. Uninstalling the app removes all remaining local data.
For deletion of server-side data, please write to dpo@keepintouch.immo. We respond within 30 days at the latest.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to dpo@keepintouch.immo.
If a disagreement persists, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
9. Minors
KeepImmo is a professional tool. The app is not intended for people under 16 and does not knowingly collect their data.
10. Security
The password is held in the iOS Keychain, encrypted by the operating system and protected by the device passcode. Network traffic is encrypted with TLS.
11. Changes
Any substantial change to this policy will be announced with an app update, and the date at the top of this document will be updated accordingly.
